Spice Making Training

The livelihood program for spice making training took place on 19thJanuary 2024. The SPS India Foundation organized this training with the support of the Desai Foundation Trust at The Retreat Don Bosco, Yercaud. There will be an one-month online practical training session after the one day physical training. Mrs.PriyatharshiniRanganathan, a self-employed artist who has perfected her craft, is the trainer for this online program, and Ms.Sangeetha, the project manager of the Siragugal Foundation, is guiding all the beneficiaries in this online class. This program aims to improve each participant’s abilities as a self-employed individual by providing opportunities to improve their economic independence and general well-being. The program’s main objective is to provide participants with the practical knowledge they need to produce spices and organic goods in a way that is both profitable and sustainable. They will gain knowledge of pricing tactics, market dynamics, and channels for product sales. The program’s objective is to create connections between participants and marketplaces or customers for their developments.
