TALAVADI– Tribal Welfare

Talavadi is a Panchayat Union in Erode District, which includes 10 Tribal Panchayats and 103 villages. It is a hill station bordering States of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.

The project benefits 490 children (241Boys and 249 Girls) in the school. And hundreds of children are catered through 17 Night Study Centres at the service of 200 tribal children. A team around 20 management, teaching and part-time staff contribute to the holistic welfare of the children and people of the area at large.

Children of the tribal region are less privileged when compared to the urban and rural population. The community development programme also organizes the women and contributes to their welfare.
