Preparation of JEEVAMIRTHA KARAISAL
(Organic Manure)

After a day of training on preparing Organic Manure and pesticides, beneficiaries of Project CALLS 2.0 (Covid19 Alternative Livelihood & Living Services) of STDi & JEW prepared Jeevamirtha Karaisal on 12th of February, 2021. Recap was done by Fr. Selvakumar SDB.  Jeevamirtha Karaisal gives organic boost to the plants, improves the soil and helps to get more yields from the plants. Beneficiaries shared their knowledge about Jeevamirtha karaisal. Then the trainees prepared twenty litres of Jeevamirtha karaisal. They mixed ingredients in a big barrel and covered it with a plastic cover.  After three days, Jeevamirtha karaisal will be ready to use for the plants.
